Alura initially performed an assessment using NetAudit, and subsequently developed a 3 year plan to completely replace the firm’s entire infrastructure and continually, over 10 years, keep the firm ahead of technology while implementing a number of new systems.
Staff and Attorney Improvements: Almost immediate increase in productivity by addressing overall speed and bottleneck issues and improving support response time both during and after business hours.
Security Improvements: Alura automated all necessary security updates across firm systems, saving thousands of dollars in downtime and providing a more reliable and secure IT system. During infrastructure redesign, Alura implementing a number of redundancies which have paid for themselves many times over during outages or hardware issues.
New Technology Implementation:
MXShield – Alura implemented all functions of MXShield to provide business continuity, e-mail filtering, archiving and encryption to allow the firm to meet new requirements for regulatory purposes.
Software Integration – Alura implemented a digital dictation system for Attorneys to use in or out of the office, and allow for real time dictation by Staff, saving hours of productivity, thousands in old hardware repair and replacements, and allowed the firm to provde a quicker turnaround to their clients.
